A Message From Shondell:

“"I am excited to be part of Prisma Wellness, as this represents a significant milestone in my journey toward integrative psychiatry. Working alongside others who embrace functional medicine and a holistic wellness model has been truly refreshing. The lotus flower, which rises from the mud at the bottom of streams and ponds to become a stunning bloom, beautifully symbolizes our capacity for transformation. Just as the lotus overcomes its humble beginnings, we too can navigate obstacles on our path to growth and strive to become the best versions of ourselves, regardless of our past."”
