A Message From Dr. Emma:
“I am so excited to be joining Prisma Wellness. I first wanted to become a nurse to provide some practical help in people’s lives, and my role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner is an extension of that goal. To me, practical help in mental health is someone who can guide you through the big steps of care – starting (and stopping) medications, engaging in therapy, and making lifestyle changes. I know that seeking help can take a lot of courage. I hope I can bring a practical, compassionate, and humorous approach to building relationships with patients, as well as knowledge of medications, supplements, and many different therapies. I look forward to hearing your stories!”
