A Message From Dr. Jordan:

“Having worked heavily at the Department of Veterans Affairs during residency, I have a strong foundation in the diagnosis and treatment of depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, substance misuse, and bipolar disorders. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, corrections, somatic treatment programs for treatment refractory depression, outpatient facilities as well as dual diagnosis residential programs.

I take a focused approach with each patient, while also appreciating the broad range of psychosocial stressors that can contribute to a patient’s presentation. I treat no two cases the same and enjoy providing psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as interpersonal, insight based, supportive and motivational interviewing. Though extensively trained in medication management, I strive to develop a treatment plan addressing illness from all angles to ensure positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Being a Florida native I am excited to be able to serve a community that has given me such a wonderful place to call home for most of my life.”
