Meet Ionatan Cauneac, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Ionatan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about helping people live their best lives by coming alongside them to cultivate hope, healing, and a newfound purpose in life. He believes whole heartedly that without mental health, there is no true health.

He has experience working in a variety of different settings, including critical care, addiction medicine, jail health, and various acuities within inpatient psychiatric care, which has given him a unique perspective, knowledge, and insight to support those in need. As such, he believes in individualized care and tailors all recommended treatments to match the person and their unique situation. Ionatan also provides talk therapy and genuine human connection, which he believes to be a major key in achieving optimal mental health and healing for his patients, and inevitably, their relationships with others.

When not engaged in caring for others, Ionatan enjoys playing tennis and basketball, eating delicious food, reading, and traveling with his wife.

A Message From Ionatan:

“Oftentimes, we can become so hard-pressed by our mental health issues that we no longer remember what it feels like to feel normal again and believe that nothing will ever change. However, there is hope and healing available to you!

The road may be long and tumultuous, or it may be an easy fix; regardless, I will be your confidant in the process and will come alongside you to listen, advise, and empower you to become and remain the best version of yourself.

I look forward to working with you to greatly improve the negative symptoms you’ve been experiencing and to join you on the journey to optimal mental and physical health!”
