TYPE OF VISITS: We are offering in-person (Tuesday through Thursday 9am-6pm) and telemedicine visits (Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm).

NEW CLIENTS: Per our policy, all clients must have a credit card on file, which will be stored in our secure HIPAA compliant software. New clients will be charged a one-time fee of $50 to hold the scheduled date and time. This amount will be applied toward your initial copay, coinsurance, deductible or labs, and it will be refunded if you have no out-of-pocket expense to pay. In the event of a missed appointment with no proper notice, this fee will not be reimbursed. New client cancellations or rescheduling need to take place at lest 24 business hours prior to the scheduled date using your patient portal or by calling us at 614-333-9776 and either speaking to a staff member or by leaving a voicemail.

New clients must fill out our New Client Paperwork at least 48 hours prior to their visit or your appointment may be rescheduled.

INSURANCE: We are in network with multiple insurance panels. If your mental health benefits are administered by a 3rd party or by a government program, your visit will not be covered and you will be charged our out of pocket fees. For this reason, we always recommend that you call your insurance provider and verify coverage prior to having your initial visit. Copays/coinsurances/deductibles are due at the time of receiving the explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance and will be charged to your credit card on file.

LENGTH OF VISITS: Our visits are between 15 – 60 minutes long, depending on the type of visit and complexity of your needs.

OUT OF POCKET: Out of pocket clients are billed at the time of service.

Initial Evaluation (55 minutes): $500 (MD), $350 (NP)
Genetic Testing Review (40 minutes): $350 (MD), $240 (NP)
Extended Visits with psychotherapy (40 minutes): $300 (MD), $240 (NP)
Regular Visits with psychotherapy (30 minutes): $265 (MD), $160 (NP)
Med Management Follow-up (10 minutes): $140 (MD), $85 (NP)
Medical Testimony: $600 per hour, including travel (MD), $400 per hour, including travel (NP)
